While we strive to work cooperatively with our clients in resolving any policy-related issues, we also reserve the right to take firm action when necessary to safeguard the experience of all customers and the integrity of our infrastructure.

All Everbex clients—including but not limited to cloud services, dedicated server, bare metal, VPS users, managed service customers, resellers, colocation tenants, and domain registration clients—must comply with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (AUP). Breaches of these policies may lead to service suspension, termination, or other necessary actions.
